Kids Weekend Fitness Program

Our Kids Weekend Fitness Program is designed to address the individual needs of each participant within a larger group setting. Focusing on physical fitness, social development, and emotional strength.

Program Overview

● 1 Session Per Week (Every Sunday)

Kids (8-11 years old)
Kids (8-11 years old)
Teens (12-18 years old)


● Develop skills such as: Cardiovascular Endurance, Core Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Balance, Coordination, Social Development
● Fun and Engaging Games and Drills
● Receive valuable tips and guidance to enhance your fitness journey together

Skill Development:

● Cardio: Improve cardiovascular endurance and overall stamina
● Core Strength: Build core muscles for better posture and core stability
● Flexibility: Increase flexibility to prevent injuries and improve movement
● Balance: Develop better balance and body control
● Coordination: Sharpen hand-eye coordination and motor skills
● Social Development: Learn teamwork and respect for others
