ICEA Life’s Leadership Training Program is a free, virtual experience designed to help kids and teens grow into confident, compassionate, and capable leaders. Through engaging discussions, real-world scenarios, and skill-building challenges, participants learn how to lead with empathy, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and take ownership of their actions.

Mentality Training
Build confidence, focus, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment. Led by coaches with a B.A. in Psychology, kids learn breathing and mindfulness techniques, visualization strategies, positive self-talk, and emotional regulation skills.

Health Coaching Circle
Led by Coach Kee, a Licensed Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, this holistic program helps children build healthier bodies, stronger minds, and greater emotional resilience through balanced routines covering nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional regulation.

- Nutrition, movement, and sleep habits
- Emotional regulation and confidence
- Healthy technology habits
- Creating lifelong healthy routines
Nutritional Coaching Circle
Empower kids with nutrition knowledge and confidence to make smart food choices. Led by Coach Kee, children learn to understand food labels, recognize marketing tricks, and build a healthy relationship with food.

- How to read and understand food labels

Kids Fitness Training
Fun, movement-based workouts that build physical strength and emotional confidence. Trained mentors combine fitness with lessons on teamwork, resilience, and self-belief through bodyweight exercises and movement games.

Anti-Body Shaming Class

Anti-Anxiety Class
Help children understand, manage, and reduce anxiety. Led by a coach with a B.A. in Psychology, kids learn practical tools through guided exercises to face their fears and feelings with confidence.

Athletic Performance Class
For young athletes ready to level up. Led by former professional football player and Exercise Science graduate Coach Alex, this program helps unlock athletic potential through expert performance training.

Kids Flexibility Class
Build physical flexibility, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Interactive stretching routines promote body awareness, improve posture, and reduce injury risk during sports or everyday play.
